Arraigo socioformativo (education ties)
This type of residence permit grants the right to work as an employee for up to 30 hours per week. There are no financial requirements to obtain it, however, you need to confirm your intention to undergo professional training and obtain a social integration report.

You don't have a job offer, but you are ready to undergo official training in Spain
You want to legalize your status through obtaining professional education with subsequent right to work
Training format requirements
The educational institution must be an officially accredited educational center in Spain
Training format — in-person (online is only allowed as part of the program)
What training can be chosen
The training must be aimed at professional qualification, for example:
post-compulsory secondary education programs (ESO, Bachillerato, FP Grado Medio, etc.)
vocational training programs Formación Profesional (FP) with obtaining official certificates Certificados de profesionalidad level 1, 2, or 3
programs and courses included in SEPE catalogs or regional employment services and related to professions in demand in the Spanish labor market
Important: obtaining higher education (universitario) is not included in the list of acceptable programs for this type of residence, as it involves long-term study exceeding one year.
List of required documents
Completed and signed application form EX-10
Copy of all pages of a valid passport (or other identity document)
Documents confirming continuous residence in Spain for at least 2 years (registration certificate, bank statements, medical certificates, certificates from educational institutions, contracts, invoices, etc.)
Certificate of no criminal record issued by the authorities of the country or countries where you resided for 5 years before entering Spain
Enrollment document (matrícula) or pre-registration (preinscripción) for an educational program or a letter of commitment to undergo training
Social integration report issued by the municipality or autonomous community at the applicant's place of residence
Modelo 790 052 receipt and proof of state fee payment

Important points
If an official deadline is set for training registration, documents for Arraigo socioformativo residence permit must be submitted 2 months before this date.
The applicant must provide confirmation of enrollment in the educational program within 3 months from the notification of the permit decision. Failure to meet this requirement may lead to cancellation of the permit by the immigration service.
Reapplication on the same grounds is only possible after 3 years.
If you do not complete the training, you lose the possibility of renewing and modifying your residence permit.
